Completed in 2024, Strath Creek is a certified fully passive new build with a final blower test of 0.046. We worked closely with both our client and experienced passive home architect to achieve this outstanding result while maintaining the design integrity of the build. The large open planned living and dining area is adorned with oversized gallery windows and sliding glass doors giving this build an airy but sophisticated look. Built to suit the surrounding views and climate, our client’ chose James Hardie and colourbond cladding with complimentary steel posts and exposed aggregate concrete to accentuate the veranda.
