We work with several architects and are able to assist our clients in designing their dream home while staying within a set budget.
As an environmentally conscientious company, AJAY Designer Homes’ passive and semi passive homes are built to APHA standards which in turn have the potential to save our clients’ 80-90% of standard energy usage. This not only reduces on-going utility costs but also decreases our homes’ carbon footprints.
Our skilled tradesmen and suppliers are well versed in providing and utilising proper insulation, PVC double or triple glazed windows, heating recovery ventilation systems and more, ensuring complete satisfaction and quality of our builds.
